Jesse Childs is a Physician Assistant who is board certified with the NCCPA. She spent the first year of her career working in a primary care setting, and more recently decided to focus on sleep medicine.
She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in 2015. Prior to that, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Nutrition Science. As a former bodybuilder and nutritionist, she enjoys using her knowledge of physical wellbeing and proper diet to improve patient's health outcomes. Jesse is also passionate about helping patients improve their sleep quality with cognitive behavioral therapy.
Melanie Morgan has joined Costrini Sleep Services as the Practice Manager. Melanie is a successful business office manager with outstanding skills in revenue enhancement and collections optimization, financial management, and daily operations of physician practices. She is a Certified Physician Practice Manager and Certified Professional Biller. She has worked in Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. She leads with a very hands-on approach to daily operations and has developed proven strategies in the management of accounts receivable and billing, personnel, budgeting, marketing, contracting and strategic planning.
Our clinical staff includes licensed, experienced Nurse Practitioners, Respiratory Therapists, and Sleep Technologists. Our patient services staff consists of professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life of our patients. Our respiratory therapists are credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed by the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Anthony M. Costrini, MD, FACP

Dr. Costrini has been actively involved in sleep disorders medicine since the late 70’s, opening one of the first sleep disorders centers in southeast Georgia. In 2000, Dr. Costrini opened Costrini Sleep Services, a company dedicated to the diagnosis,treatment, and medical management of sleep disorders.
Dr. Costrini has given presentations at local, regional, and national scientific meetings on various sleep disorders topics. He has conducted research and authored or co-authored numerous scientific papers. These have been published in such prestigious journals as the American Review of Respiratory Disease, Journal of the American Medical Association, and the Journal of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Anthony Costrini is board certified in pulmonary medicine, internal medicine, and critical care medicine. He is board certified in sleep medicine through both the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American College of Physicians, and a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Disorders Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA and his medical degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. He also served two years in the military.
